zip & unzip

I am looking for a simple Zip & UnZip program that will run on Vista sp1.
Don't need a lot of fancy stuff with the bloat.
However the programs that zips will have to be compatible with Winzip.
Also the program that unzips will have to be compatible with Winzip.

These are the programs that I found but they do not specify if they
will run on Vista:
      justzipit
      easyzip
      camunzip
      izarc

7zip and Winzip are not to be considered.
